Hi my name is Ross and I’m looking to get into the Arborist industry. I’m looking for some ground work before I start my first ticket in May. I’ve done work before a few years back and have safety gear. I’m reliable and hardworking and have a good awareness of my environment. Good communicator and enjoy to work in teams. I’m based In the Scottish Borders but happy to travel within about 50 miles. I have a full driving licence and vehicle. Also done forestry first Aid course. Available right away! Firewood logs needed - south of Hawick, Scottish Borders

Border Tree Service is a small family run business. We are looking for a competent climber to work as part of our friendly tree surgery team. Applicants must have the following: Driving licence & own transport CS30, CS31 CS38 CS39 Brushwood Chipper operation First Aid Certification preferably We are amenity arborists and carry out work to a high standard; good quality pruning is essential. Other duties will include tractor driving; help with firewood production (mechanised); a small amount of garden work; and general maintenance around the yard.
