Student Looking To Move After College Course

I’m not too sure but I’d like to go somewhere like Australia or norway -
Hi, Im currently 17 studying Level 3 Forestry and Arboriculture at Moulton college in Northamptonshire. I have high interests in moving abroad with work after my course finishes in June 2024. I have been working in the industry for about a year now and when I finish it will be 2 years experience with the college course as well. I was just wondering if I should stay here with my current firm and gain more experience and then move or move after I finish my course in June 2024. Advice would be appreciated, would love to hear what others have to say on this as I'm stuck in-between. Many Thanks Reece Pearce
