  2. Does anybody use this as firewood, I burn it in a canvas tent along with some larch, Birch and any hardwood I manage to pick up I haven't got a burner in the house yet, but am looking into either a wood or multi fuel stove for the future Cheers 20251013_161054.mp4

  7. Pics are of some trees growing out of farm drainage ditches, are these wayfaring trees,.. Cheers
  8. I've done my cross cutting and maintenance, and small tree felling tickets, half way through the week of training I met an employer and have got a job to go into next month, getting some tickets opens doors, and is a very good way to meet new contacts
  9. Good stuff, be nice burning some oak wood, I used to camp at a place that has some oak trees, the seasoned branch wood was a good slow burner in the firebox
  10. Sounds nice that mate Think there's around thirty plots in this wood There's only two fairly young oaks in here, but there is some impressive mature oaks in other parts of the wood Do you camp in your wood? I'm out tonight, think it's going to be a cold one, but nice with the wood stove going
