  2. I will see if I can grab a few pics tonight. Thanks
  3. I really think this is an issue with that part of the timber rather than the chain/ mill. I just don't know how to fix it
  4. Cheers for replys, Chain sharpens with granberg cut started again from the other end because it come to a stop in the cut almost felt like the mill frame was hitting something, but not. Wedges put in after so I could make a severence cut with a different saw I'm near Sittingbourne Kent

  6. Hello chaps, been doing the odd bit of milling for a while, but have just had a bit of an issue that I'm not sure how to deal with. First cut taken reasonably flat, second cut seemed to lift/ rise in the cut within the first 8 inch, run from other end of log cut fine until close to this section of timber. Second cut exactly the same chain/ bar rises up in the log. Chain swapped on first cut and bar flipped No metal- debris in timber 661- panther mill lo pro pmx chain
  7. Sorry chaps, have been busy as is always. We are in Sittingbourne. Truck is now in rings. Thanks for the interest Steve
  8. Cheers chaps turning blanks was pretty much my decision, I just hate ringing up reasonable lengths of wood. Any local turner's about . . .

  10. Hello there, as title states I'm after some processor size wood ideally as dry as possible. We have space for an article but you would need to unload yourself. Thanks Steve
  11. Hello, we are based in Sittingbourne Kent and require processor size timber. Ideally I am looking for 10-15 ton at a time, will require multiple loads. I may be able to take an article. Thanks in advance steve
  12. Hello, first time posting long time lurker. My fire wood pile has shrunk dramatically this winter, it would seem I underestimated demand. Can any one deliver any dry wood near sittingbourne ( wholesale quantity) Thanks for reading
