  1. Just looking at a new rope too and was wondering about the kalimba, have you tried poison ivy and could comment on the difference? Personally i would massively recomend Poison Ivy for srt and mrs, but just wondering whether to branch out.
  2. Hello, im a climber in Glasgow. My inlaws live in Gloucestershire and are having a large ash taken down, the stem is fairly beefy and I would like to get it milled but stay too far away/dont do much milling so thought id see if anyone can recommend someone local who might be able to help. Access is good, its in a field entrance just off the road, youd just have to mill it on site and ill come down and get it all stacked, tidy up etc. Only just found out theyre taking down the tree and the job is Monday/Tuesday, so need to have someone confirmed to mill it by tuesday or its all getting rung up for firewood. Drop me a PM or link to companies on this thread if you know anyone. Thanks

  6. Hi all, I have 1 year experience, CS30/31 and planning on getting aerial rescue this Autumn, I work hard, arrive on time, take on advice and am generally super keen to progress and learn more about trees and tree work. Currently looking to gain some more contacts to fill 2 or so days a week to take me to full time as my overdraft isn't going to pay itself off! Negotiable day rate, happy to travel within ~1hr (or further for consecutive days work), can provide references or come for a trail shift. PM me if interested or if you want my details for when you need an extra subby in. Thanks, Josh
  7. Hi, I'm a self employed groundie looking for work and experience in or around sheffield. I will have my CS30/31 tickets by the end of November, so currently happy just to do labouring etc. Very hard working, enthusiastic and motivated, at a reasonable price. Give me a ring or drop me a text on 07871469019 if you have any questions or need an extra pair of hands. Thanks, Josh
