  1. Are you sure it is not made in Ireland as claimed by Blaney ?
  2. Would be really supprised if the product is made in Ireland after these latest postings, It really looks like the machine may be German or a machine with a lot of German input.
  3. Just picked up on this posting, after looking at the respective web sites belonging to both Blaney & Thaler ( the blue & red machines ) the complete model range of wheeled loaders & telescopics look very similar, in the range that is been offered by both, it would be no supprise to find out these are the same machine, Dose any one know the true place of manufacture for these products ?
  4. Just you wait, Winter has not started yet ! its only February yet !!
  5. Just seen the weather forecast, winter looks like it is well & truly on its way back later in the week, no worries the lawns we cut today, look like them show house lawns " nice & velvet looking "
  6. Lawn mower came out of hibernation - & so it starts - !! Set the mower on height setting number 4 & got everything levelled off & looking the same length, looks real real nice again
  7. When I said " I cleaned it " Is what I should have said was, I cleaned the silencer out, There is no longer a mesh to get blocked again, If I think back to how long I have been buggered about by this hedge trimmer
  8. Have been fighting with my old trusted petrol hedge cutter for the last 12 months, It will only part run on choke It got that bad today I threw it in the skip, then fetched it out & gave it another chance & tried to fix it for what felt the 800th time, could not get it to run so it went back in the skip like a sufrace to air missile, I was going to get a new one next week. While calming down over a nice warm drink & remembered a similar situation with a 50cc moped I owned 35 years ago, So I took the exhaust off & like magic it was running like a dream, Yes you have found the problem, the spark arresting mesh in the silencer had got choked up with oil & carbon, managed to clean this out & it works like a new one, Sunday has not turned out so bad & I don't have to spend money next week, a win win situation.
  9. Got it , sorry if I come across a bit " off the cuff " in my last posting, it was sounding like you had broke a boom on a multione, I would tend to agree with your point, the concept with both brands are very much the same, the more modern machine will have improved strength built in at the weak points whatever the brand.
  10. The one thing we did notice when using the multi one was the twin section boom was a lot lot stronger than the Avant single slide boom, the multi one also has wear pads in the boom that can be adjusted with out a strip down, ( well thought out ) I think I am right in saying to adjust the avant wear pads is a mutch more in-depth job & with a single off set boom it is going to be a high wear point that needs a lot of maintenance, If you say you broke Multione 8.4 boom arm in half then fair play you must be an absolute animal on a machine there is no way you could breake that in normal to heavy use
  11. Rob, had priced an Avant 750 with his our dealer & thought it exspensive, He saw Multione at a show & noticed they had a bigger lifting capacity, looks like you can lift more for less with a Multione, Once he/we had used one a couple of weeks ago we could see strait away the build quality on the Multione 8-4 is far better than the Avant 750, for us it was a " no brain'er " The multi one was a better machie:001_smile:
  12. Thats better, we had a 8-4 to try out & were very impressed what machine are you using in your photo ?
  13. what sized machine is yours ? the one we tried was an 8.4
  14. Just bought a used quad chip . the fuel gauge is part of the fuel cap with a float
  15. I think Multione are based in Chesterfield, jf you google Multione uk you should find their number, They do have an agent selling machines in the West Wales area & other dealers in neighbouring areas.
  16. It made a lasting impression with me, & yes it did do the work of many men. We cleared a wind damaged oak up, it really made the job enjoyable & quick to do by having no manual handling of big chunks of wood, we carried all the big stuff about 1/4 of a mile into some woodland & left it there to dry out ready for fire wood ( in about 7 years time ), this small machine was moving lumps of wood weighing about a ton, a real real little work horse, every one should have one, We are seriously considering adding this type of loader to our operation after seeing what it could do
  17. 2nd attempt to get the picture size correct , hope this works !!
  18. Got the chance to use this Multione 8.4 loader over the weekend, A mate had it in demo " A very impressive little machine "
  19. Just googled it & Giant are made in the Neatherlands
  20. had a guy trying to sell me a giant ( well a kubota to be correct ) he told me they were built in Italy.
  21. Just googled " wille finland " what a strange looking machine, looks like something left over from the " cold war " , Joking aside now, there must be a market for this type of machine because they build it, looks the same sort of thing as a multihog
  22. Just " googled Avant " they are from finland " tampera " is the place they are made.
  23. which one comes from sweeden than ?
  24. :confused1: What makes were they I only saw the 3, Avant ( twice ), multi one & that chinese one,
