    Looking at buying a CS100 which would be my first chipper. The seller sent photos of the blades. I am thinking they would at least need sharpening/grinding. Any comments on their condition?

    Hi Oli, As far as I know the cost to do the L4 Cert Arb at Myerscough online is under 1000 GBP. Which is cheaper than the ADL course and considerably cheaper than Tree Life etc

    Yep, roughly same specs as those chippers mentioned; 5", tracked, 18hp Subaru engine. There is a distributor in Norway (I live in Sweden) selling them for approx. £14,000. Ohashi is a Japanese manufacturer, possibly related to Shibaura, who make small tractors etc.

    Does anyone have any experience with Ohashi chippers? Specifically the ES130... The only info I can find is the manufacturers website and some YouTube footage...
