  1. it would be a bloody old berberis or mahonia looking at the size of the timber so id go with false acacia
  2. Putting the feelers out there over a move to Montpellier. I know there are a few blokes on here with a lot of knowledge about working in France etc. so i'm hoping this thread might throw up a contact or two i can use to get some work. Looking to get with a company rather than self employed, 5+ years of climbing experience, just returned from a year climbing in oz and now looking to settle south of France.Any advice, organisations i should be aware of, or contacts will be appreciated. I have already got the ball rolling by speaking with a few local companies but the more info and chance of climbing work i have the better! Thanks

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
