  9. is it impact damage or over pressure check the way that the hoses are getting twisted when getting moved as this can loosen them it may help by fitting a banjo end on them Hi Im not sure if over pressure? I think maybe because coming slack slightly with movement then allowing thread to strip? , i have just straight fittings joining hoses to rotator, was wondering what everone else uses Cheers

  18. I am currently using 4 ply hoses to operate a rotating/log grip on a 3.5t machine, problem is the hose fitting's at the rotater keeps striping the thread, think because hoses to rigid causing fitting to come slack then strip thread when hose moves about? Would this problem be solved with a more flexible hose? If so what hose would i need? Cheers
  19. That's sound then wasn't sure , so i could have the quick hitch locked at any angle, letting me make a slightly longer saddle for more reach to fit grab to ? Cheers
  20. It seems the three way valve into the crowd boom is the easiest way, but will the 3 way ball valves hold back the pressure in the ram when the grab is attached to quick hitch with a load of logs in it? Or will the ram start to drop/open.? Or do you have to have the crowd ram fully open before you change oil flow direction, if so this is not ideal as you will loose a bit more of reach
  21. Cheers Will give them a go then
