  1. Hello looking for a days work this Friday. I am in Sheffield but don’t mind traveling. Climbing for 2/half years or so been in the industry for 5 years. I have got 30/31/38/39/40 , chipper/track chipper , stump-grinder , Towing and a load more. Got full PPE climbing kit - saws Ect Can all so bring a groundie if needed.   5. Hi, I am looking for weekend work in the Yorkshire area. I have my CS/30,31,38,39, CSCS card , stump grinding and more. I have over 3 years experience , most of that time has been spent on the ground only the last year or so I have been climbing. I am hard working and keen for the job. (I also have my own none sign written tipper). Also have another groundsmen looking for weekend , who I could bring along with me who is qualified and keen for work.   7. How come you can't get transferred to the arb team full time?
  8. If he is a good groundie who you have had working with you before and he gets on with the job until it's done and works hard can run ropes, good with a saw ect I would meet him in the middle. Give me a tenner more, good groundie are hard to come by

That's what I am looking for that is why I have invested I'm my transit I work all week for a big firm , yes I only have 2 years Experience But the work we do day in day out folk don't get to do every day! I just like to get some work in on a weekend now weather that is groundieing or my own stuff .. Cheers for the advise dude!

  14. Alright lads I am still pretty new to this site , I have bin in the industry around 2 year , bin on the ground for majority of that time now done my climbing. I am employed and working 5 days a week but have recently bought my own transit tipper to get out there on a weekend , just won ting to see what kind of interest I would get for a groundie with saws and tipper I am in South Yorkshire area if that's any interest to anyone Cheers Ed
