Late on the lecky bill

Bang on!!!:thumbup1:
Well said the both of you are spot on

They fooled a lot of people, mate, me included. It's one of those things that helped make me the cynical old barsteward that I am today. [/
yes indeed Felix. They certainly had a hand in making Britain what it is today
-
I have just read on google they are at it again in France
-
Fixed that for you, mate.
Yep Felix they were brilliant. I know it's a good few years ago but I still hoping they send me a customer satisfaction survey to fill out

Why don't Tories like less fortunate people?
I don't know if that's right Mark. When the holiday park I was managing in chepstow was sold and I was given the choice of Worcester or nothing by my employer, I had to move or I was homeless or jobless. Me and the wife went to the local housing office and asked for help. Sorry no can do was the reply. Find a family member to stay with wad the only advice we received. As I recall we were still in the glorious leadership of Labour then

Damned if he does damned if he doesn't is the impression I'm getting from most on here. Look at the reaction May got when she didn't visit the victims o Grenfell.
Most MPs, and royals for that matter just go through the motions in general with visits, nodding and expressing concern, what else can they do?
With al, the terrorist threats and public outrage regarding the fire. Do you think the security services had the final say on who where and when high ranking public figures can attend anything in a hard to protect area. We are living in a powder keg at the minute.

Confession time...
we have Stihl bookends for our husky range. An ms150t and an ms880 apart from a 441 everything's Swedish.
Both Stihls are excellent. [emoji106]
Timon.
Confessional time Ti good for the soul. Mind you it may encourage others to experiment with other brands we don't like to mention

He's a secret closet stihl user....ask him how much he likes my 192t:thumbup:
You've quietly been trolling through Arbtalk patiently waiting for the day when you can cause me maximum embarrassment be revealing my sordid little secret that I actually enjoyed using a MS19... no I can't bring myself to say it in public
-
sickle?, not sythe
Could of been a Sythe they're a bit more Ard core nowadays
-
You're cynical
Isn't Corbyn the MP for the area where the attack happened?! It would be pretty poor form if he didn't show up on the scene quickly and express his sympathy and support for the victims.
Oh I see. You mean arrh a bit nod a lot, spout some crap and scoot back to parliaments pub for a well deserved pint and cig

He strikes me as very much playing the game to further his cause at the moment. He's on about just taking homes of of rich people to house the ones who lost their home in the fire and one of his team was saying they would use wartime laws to push it through... Like that's the only action. There's definitely not any houses up for rent or sale the council could pay for, nope it's take from the rich again.
Sent from my SM-G930F using Arbtalk mobile app
Shame you can't build houses out of bullsh*t. He would of have a brand new estate built up in no time
-
Pfew for a moment I thought you were gonna say the echo concrete block ( 360) for a moment
-
As I like to say to James which lopper would you like me to send up my 540 or your Stihl not not working?
-
No not Cynical at all.
What has happened is sadly what was supposed to happen. The idiots who started this, in my mind, were looking looking for always looking for reprisals as the end result. I feel that giving the general public the mushroom treating was the wrong way to handle the terrorist threats for the last 10 years and the way they are handling this reprisal attack is also wrong.
-
Don't panic. As we know I been silly boy years ago but I would never touch the S word
-
Mr Shires must have really gotten to you lately. [emoji846]
Timon.
Don't worry Ti he hasn't succeeded despite his best efforts. Apart from the little slip and buying the 461, my faith will not Wain I am still a firm believer in my religion that clearly states that there is only one true chainsaw ( which is orange and comes from the lands called Sweden)

I understand the mark 2 husky has had an upgrade on the engine as well. The latest Stihl runs so much much better than the husky mark 1 but the plastics on the new Stihl are crap
-
Anyone said Too F***** hot yet ?
-
I just pictures of the van on the news. So it was hired from Where I come from. Hopefully this is a one off reprisal.

A bit different from chipping but pulling ivy off walls is never my favorite dusty job. That and anything to do with London planes in the summer. Sounds like a nasty do that one RichieR.
Yep Mesterh it's not been that pleasant and ditto with ivy. Thankfully we don't have much to do with London Planes
-
Sorry I derailed the thread a bit. As far as working around the chipper I find chipping Connie on a hot day to be the worst for me. I've definitely got a cough at the end of the day and my eyes are a mess. Just done 2 days on connies, and they are raw

Bit late now matey:biggrin:
