Hi,
As the heading says we have a very large amount of wood for sale at a site in Erith, Kent.
This includes large Oak, Chestnut, Cedar, Lime, Holly, Sycamore etc etc sticks and limbs.
You won't be disappointed!!!
To find out sizes and make an offer call Phil on 07803 257771
Or you can PM me (Steve) directly.
We are on site for another 4 weeks minimum.
You must have your own transport to collect!!!

I'd also have thought that you could strike up a deal with a dealer whereby they discount the hire rates off the purchase price if you agree to buy within a set period. No good if you end up buying a different make but at least it would help you with your decision.
Very good point!

Hard to do but don't be overly sentimental , hire = 100% tax deductible and it's gets the job done while you demo serval chipper to find out which best suits your needs
Fair point...I hear what your saying...

I forget the legislation, but is it not the case that a 750KG trailer does not count as part of your train weight, so no need for Taco, but pull a trailer over 750KG and you do??
Or am I wrong??
I've had this discussion before...its if your main job is driving...ie employed only as a driver. Because we only as a trade drive to a job...then do "our" job (as in tree work) its void.
-
We could...and have thought of it...but hate thinking that it is money I could put towards my own....
-
Trouble is...we could need another chipper within a week due to a contract...pressure is on with what to get and timescales...It seems like we're the only ones that don't have time to wait for the show...???
-
Yep...no issue on license for me...and again my lads are doing thier trailer soon...the service seems great...and a lot of local names seem to have started to swap their fleet over....so there must be something in it?

Had a demo of the Forst 6" yesterday...impressed....good build quality, 3 years warranty....sounds like good customer support...heavy...but probably stronger? now confused!!!!....and now feel none the wiser!!!!!

Hi Guys,
Looks like the Farmi WP 36 processor could be the one for us....
The main reasons being I could hire it out with an operator...fast tow, Honda engine...stand alone (we don't currently have a tractor, possibly buying one next year to spread the costs etc).
Can I feed off of your experience/thoughts....have you used it/got it/pleased/wish you went for a different make etc?
All help/thoughts greatly received.

Excellent...thank you....will contact them tomorrow...
All other thoughts/manufactures greatly received......

Budget wise £5-8k?...is that realistic?
Another reason for an engine is so that I might be able to higher a man with it...towable of course...
