I ve never had a saw pump oil on tick over the parts list and part no on bar match it is moving some oil down the chain and bar will have to take it back

Right tried saw tonight cut 4 big pieces of wood put it down on floor and on tick over it was pumping a pool of chain oil out from under the chain cover, we ve turned the flow down a lot but don't want to reduce it more because can see the bar is getting hot.I ve checked the bar and its the right bar.

Its pouring out of correct hole when running on a few revs but its not getting down bar just running on to floor. Correct bar installed by dealer.

Hi no handbook not very helpful I was really surprised about how much was pouring out I ve turned it down loads could go 2 or 3 more turns

We got our new Makita 9010 saw yesterday today's the first time I ve started it with in seconds I had chain oil pouring everywhere have tried to turn flow down but not sure how far to go and if I turn it right down will the oil flow stop altogether? Never had a saw with adjustable oil flow before ! Thanks

We ve bought a Makita 9010 people talk about a exhaust mods different sprockets and bars etc so why would you this ? what can you do ? and where do get parts ? Thanks

Looking at new chainsaw gloves in the past I ve had gloves with cut protection for both hands but thinking about having different make this time only work on the ground and this isnt my full time occupation so what should I go for ? Thanks

Hi I was up for buying off internet but my mate went to our local dealer Terratruck Loughborough and they came up with a better price so we did the deal there and then .I have DCS 500 and generally been happy with it so thought we d give it ago.

Hi my partner in crime and myself have bought a new beast of a saw a Makita 9010 on a 30 inch bar won't have it till the end of the week. We don't use saws every day of the week but between us we do a lot of firewood and need a saw to attack some bigger trees. Just hope it will serve us well .
