  1. Haix come with a no quibble 2 year guarantee , I've had two pairs swapped when they've gone buggered

    Never an issue - just email the supplier ( brick workwear in my case )

    With serial no an photo of the failed part of boot , and the new ones are posted out

     

    Just one reason to stick with em

     

     

     

    Hahaha, that is laughable!!!!

    I have had ongoing battles with Hiax for a long time now. Had two pairs last 6 months both split in the same place. There's a whole other thread on it.

    Anyhoo they said I must have been using the boots for uses other than intended for them to go wrong.

    They also said they've never had any problem or complaints about their boots

  2. I would never do anything Un -gentlemanly, just the way I've been brought up to behave. As tempting as it is I wouldn't go off on one it would look as bad on me as it would on them, same as bad mouthing on social media just looks petty.

    Defiantly wouldn't dump the wood back on the door step, very tempting but it would just invoke the police and the papers which again would be as bad for me. (Small town).
