  1. Anyone know of chip sites throughout the Worcestershire area. Thanks Taff
  2. What first aid qualifications does everyone hold on here. Are there any training providers who do FPOS I (first person on scene Intermediate) arb related courses. I know its mainly Close Protection/Maritime who do FPOS Im just wondering if there is anything designed towards arb as well. Thanks in advance Taff
  3. I have a thigh pouch with a CAT, israeli dressing - which can also be adapted into a tourniquet, celox tea bags, tuff cut scissiors, a couple of NP's and OP's, 2 x chest seals and a 14 gauge needle. Its either on me (it is a pain in the arse) or in my rope bag where I can haul it up in seconds. With ambulance times in South Wales being well over 20mins and upto 60mins in rural areas I would rather be safe than sorry. As for the use of tourniquets it used to be frowned upon but is now becoming more acceptable. I had a conversation with a doc in The Gwent Hosp, Newport a few years ago about their use and he was quite anti them, changed his mind when I asked what would he prefer a dead patient or alive patient brought in to him. What first aid qualifications does everyone have on here, also do you have to pay for them or the companies you work for. Does anyone know of training providers who do FPOS I arb related courses. Excellent thread keep it going. Taff

  8. Can anyone tell me who has won the contract to take down all the larch at Cwmcarn Forest Drive. Many thanks Taff
  9. Just got the Galaxy Note 11, looking for a good protective case now. Ive just added a 32GB memory card and it does everything I need it for mainly internet and Skype. Even though its big its ok if you wear combat type trousers or have thigh pockets.
  10. Has anyone on here had experience of working in Durban, I may have the opportunity to get down there again working for a friends building company in the area. Interested to hear off anyone who has worked the area. Thanks Troy.
  11. I ordered a pair of boots off them last week and they arrived in less than 24hrs. Not often that happens to me.
