I run a 60hp Massey with 6ton timber trailer, great size for woodland work, turns on a sixpence, but has the extra grunt that the smaller tractors seem to lack. Always go bigger than you might need as I struggle with some stuff. Those little tractors grip really well though!

Can anyone recommend a place to hire a stump grinder in Exeter area, to grind out western red cedar stumps, around 12" diameter, got about 15 of them to do.

Can get to you with compact tractor and log splitter, when do you need it doing?

This has come up a lot recently, loads of kit on eBay, trainers saying that they are doing less and less courses. Is it possible that the boom from felling all that Larch has finally come to an end with it almost all gone?

I'm looking for someone with a mulcher that can smash some bramble on the edge of a small woodland, unfortunately they have grown over a couple of years and are now close to covering the newly planted trees. The wood is in the Ashburton area. Many thanks Jim
