  1. Yes I was thinking RSI or something similar! I have used a cambium saver a few times, but the problem was still there! It is only in one arm, mainly my pulling arm which is my right, so lke suggested I am swap over for a bit, hopefully it will just be that my arms haven't got the required muscles yet so it's putting strain on other places! I will have a look at the compression tops didn't give them a thought! I am also going to start stretching out before climbs and trying some deep heat, thanks for the advice everyone!

  2. Hi all, well I haven't been climbing long so I am quite a newbie! I started my new job 2 months ago with little climbing experience, I have been climbing pretty much everyday but I am finding I get a pain in the top of my arm/ shoulder area when I'm ascending! Do any of you get some pain when climbing? I am un familiar with different set ups have used a foot ascender sometimes to get up which does help but so just wondered if anyone could give me some advice on something a little more suitable to that doesn't cost the world and will complicate me too much?
