what can I say,,, geezas a true gentleman, helped me out isn't the word, recently I purchased a ms650 to do some big work,i only used the saw for a morning due to the oiler locking the chain up through lack of oil,i then went on holiday for a while and on release sent the saw to steve for a once over,,NOW the said saw unbeknown to me was a absolute bag of shite,on inspection I believe spuds world of nightmares came crashing down,,,BUT he has stuck with it all the time corresponding via mobile or text sharing his nightmare obviously to eeeeeease the pain, lol, and at the same time trying his damnest to keep the saw at a affordable loss for me,this has gone from oiler right throught o crank bearings,i just wanted to post this on here to thank him for all his time and patience in fixing the ""SAW FROM HELL""for me steevo your a true gent and thankyou again pal,, im not gonna ask when I can send my ms250 in???????/
  5. If it wasnt for the fact that spuds a genuine geeza.that saw would of either caused me damage or seized solid.just goes to show about being carefull when purchasing second hand saws.i doubt my next purchase will be second hand after this nightmare.looks like ill be wetting steves whistle for a long time to come.lol

  7. le sanglier sorry pal as usual its a crime overlooked in a infested heroin and crack based society we live in if I remember right there was a 2x1"clipping in the local paper after the judje sent me down from remand, nothing else, just gotta hope they push to much into there arm one day and do us all a favour the fookin zombie night crawlers,,,,ill do the same again but next time itll be the billock believe me..............
  8. IM BACK LADS well caught the baggers robbin me quads so I clattered 2 of them in the garden outside the garage with a heavy stick,,lol, got remended then bailed, had the baggers and friends around again 2 days after I was released,,,so the time came to sort it,,they are still robbin the estates and six months later ive walked free, never mind, not gonna cry just class it as a practise run inside because if I see them around my manor or even get a sniff they are about,,im doing life.... ps hope your all well time to get the saws serviced I thinks:001_smile:

  10. agreed mate im sinding it to spud now let him do his magic
  11. well lads started the oak intended yesterday and the stihl i have to say was amazing for power really nice to use,tad heavy but didnt really feel it till after a while, but had to stop using it the oiler im guessing isnt working the chain tightened itself up to the point it wouldnt spin on the bar,i checked it and it looked dry so i loosened the chain and it was ok.i ran it again for a couple of mins and it did it agin so after that i left it back in the wagon,we only get 6 big limbs down, but all in all a good days wooding,my trusty old 250 ms never lets me down,my pals husky 61 packed up aswell,he he never ends, heres a couple of pics we got today theres twenty times this left to go at next wkend,
  12. isnt it possible to get a mufffler that deflects the heat out the other side to the usual stihl,,isnt there a two port muffler share the heat outlet???????????
  13. yeh spuds gonna get my 650 unit arriving at his door soon,as soon as we understand were we both live, lol
  14. cheers spud the bars brand new and the chain so i can rule out the blockage and i started it the other day when i collected it from the guy and it spat the oil out,,,im kinda hoping the oil was the wrong oil ill know tommorrow when i go the unit and grab my oil and other saws, ill fill it up then,i must admitt the oil in it did look and feel thin to the touch, looked almost clear
