I see. But the 562XP which is actually the same as 560 has the ability to fit 28" bars!!! How come it manages to spin the 3/8 productively?

Moreover here in Greece both the 560 and 550 are available only with 18" bars and the customer dont have the ability to change to another length prior to purchasing. Wish I there was a 18" tech-light which woyld make the saw great in my opinion. Do you agree with me that the 3/8 bar of the 560 with the 0.5 chain is an advantage over the 0.325 of the 560????

Dear blackjack. Even I who I am not a pro logger find a 18 bar or bigger useful. So a 60cc saw is necessary in my opinion.

As Eddie says I use motomix or special treated gas so as far as gas is concerned it ll be ok cause I empty them and let them burn all the gas before storing them. I meant the AT module. But it will adjust, Thank you all for your answers! Hopefully next week I ll go and get mine! I am very impressed with the vids I see with the 560-562 and most havent been tampered yet but everyone says they rock!!!

I ve lost my sleep over this.... On the other hand and because I aint gong to buy a larger saw in my lifetime and because everyone is talking about a 2 saw plan of one 50 and one 70cc saw here is what i think. To get the 560 and make the 2 saw plan adjusted to my needs consisting o a 40cc (my 338XPT) and a 60cc (the 560XP). What do you think??? And a last question... Because I am not a pro logger and I wont be using it all year long, will there be any prob if it sits on the self for 4-5 months??? Thank you and a happy new year to us all!!!

So..... After my visit at the Husqvarna exhibition here are some weight results... 550XP dry weight with 18" bar and chain attached 6,01 Kgs. 560XP dry weight with 18" bar and chain attached 7,10 Kgs Conclusion: The 550 is much lighter compared to its big brother. And I am afraid that the difference in weight will be increased if full with oil and gas due to its larger tank. Ouffffffffffffffff!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am more confused...

Since last year I ve been using MOTOMIX even though I am a Husqvarna fan. The reason is because I couldnt find ASPEN were I live. In my opinion it is much better than gas station gasoline and the difference is noticeable on the job. When not using this I use 97octane gasoline with the Briggs & Straton additive and husky XP 2stroke oil which I thing is as good as the ones mentioned above.

This is my YAMAHA TDM850 2000 model. It is converted to a 900 with the 850 carbs and gearbox. and a more artistic photo... And my litle climber KAWASAKI KLX 250R
