  1. Hi I have about 100ish ton of hornbeam cord ,ashford kent.It May be more,which will be road side in a few weeks. 11ft lengths 3inch up to 18 nice straight cord. Looking for £45 road side. Thanks darren
  2. Well a bit of a change in plan my truck was broken in to last night 3 saws stolen my ms260'ms341 and a friends like new 660. The really bad bit is not sure I'm insured.
  3. I was thinking that I must admit I could stick with the 346xp as I only got in June 2012 and go with a 372. As for bar size I was thinking 15" on the 560 and 20" on 372.
  4. I do quit a bit of chestnut coppice so a 372 is a bit big so I do need both that's what I'm telling the wife
  5. I do think I will end up going this way my 346 is a great saw i got it just as 550 come out .just not sure on this auto tune rubbish .ive got a mate who got a 560 nothing but problems but I would think the problems have been sorted by now.
  6. Hi all im getting rid of my old saws ms260,ms341,346xp sliver side to get two new ones to replace not sure to go stihl or husqvarna or to bother with 560 or not? Was thinking or 362 or 560 and 441 or 372.most of my work is hand cutting so any advise welcome .

  9. It was cut from a hedgerow hornbeam in some chestnut coppice just never got round to doing anything with it will put a pic up when it's oiled to.
  10. I thinking of getting a mill and saw were is a good place to start and at what cost any advise please.
  11. Had this hornbeam slab in the shed for some time now turned out really nice after a good sand and a nice little oak chopping board
  12. Seen one very cheap has any one used one was looking to convert my ms200t or but a rear handle ms200 but this has popped up thanks darren.

  17. Hi James thanks for the heads up on your splitter is the screw head higher from the bed than the smaller version .
  18. I have seen something towable on ebay for around the £1000 mark just not sure if this type of splitter will be slow.
  19. I'm not sure on size in tons as I've never used one does it really make that much difference .I must admit I like the look of somthing towable and self driven.
  20. Looking to buy a splitter budget of £1000 ish any help. I've had a hyrack in the past and it was bombproof and will split anything.not sure about anything hydraulic just need to here from a few people to see what you think. Has anyone have any thing second had cheers.
