Well not in so many words. There is a document called g55/3 which gives us the safe working zones around electricity. Get hold of an nptc utility arboriculture (Ua) 1 schedule. This will help with live zones and vicinity zones. But every dno sets different zones as they have thier own safety rules.
If you don't know what it is don't mess with it. Get a qualified experienced surveyor/arborist to look. They may see things you don't.
What area are you in?
-
If it's 4 wires it's likely yo be low voltage open wire.
Best to contact local dno and get them.to take a look. Stay safe and don't take any chances.
Best of luck

There was last year if you have sdwp as your authorisation level then It was simple enough but you then a different cbt for permit holders.
However the authorisation levels have been changed now by wpd so I was lvoh and not sure what now??
-
Hi,
Well what's on it depends on your authorisation level. These have changed very recently however, all the reading material.you need is in your wpd distribution safety rules (green book) and you will be asked questions regarding safety. For example you could be asked what do you do if your feel you have been asked to work unsafe? Then it gives you multiple choice answers. As long as your thinking safety you will be fine.
Good luck!?!

The trouble is its not like all 11 kv structures look the same, as nationally and locally theybapear differently.
You have to know how to identify voltages/apparatus to determine what the safe zones are.
A picture of what you looked at would be good.
