  1. Hi Guys Just wondered what everyone uses for time sheets, holiday and other HR Bits??? It's was ok when I had 3 or 4 on as I just used a diary but now I've got a few more on its not a Ms easy to keep track of it all! Just wondered what software/systems everyone uses to keep track of sickness and holiday and all of the rest of it?? Cheers

  9. Depends where you are? I'm in Southampton and they said its to far so they wouldn't bother coming down to chip anything! They will only pick up Woodchip and they don't pay anything for it! They told me if I was in the Midlands they would be able to give me money and also come and chip all if my softwood!

  12. Hi Guys Im considering buying a tractor for my business but I have never bought anything like this and have limited knowledge so I would like some advice?? This what I want it for Mulcher Flail Moving chip around the yard Towing low loader trailer with kit on etc.. Log splitter Can I get a tractor that will be versatile and do everything I want?   14. I received mine from tree stuff yesterday and it's awesome!! Fires easily 80-100 ft in the air!!!
  15. Had my yard broken into but nothing stolen!! They smashed through a wall then the alarm went off and must of scarpered!! I'm now staying up all night to make sure they don't come back and need to get some more security tomorrow to add to the never ending list of stuff I have already!! I think my lads were followed off of a job in Plaitford today as they were suspicious people eyeing up out track chipper!! Just stay aware guys!!

  17. Yep you were right the fuel line to the carb had been rubbing on the other pipe and made a little hole! All the fuel lines changed today and it's running like a dream! Cheers guys for your help

  19. Hi Guys my 372 works fine on the ground but as soon as I'm doing a take down and dangle the 372 off my harness it cuts out! I've tried adjusting the tick over but it's made no difference! Anyone else experienced this? Or have any ideas on fixing it??
