Down To Earth Trees Ltd is an established Arboricultural Association approved contractor based near Sevenoaks, Kent with a large client base in both the private and commercial sector. Due to an increase in our workload, we are looking to recruit both experienced Climbers and a Groundsman. We are looking for people who are passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated who are keen to provide a high quality service to our customers. The Climbers must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ climbing experience with the minimum NPTC qualifications: CS30, 31, 38, 39 or the new QFC industry equivalent, Brushwood Chipper, First Aid and a clean driving licence, with the ability to tow according to current DVLA regulations (B+E), (LGV licence beneficial and Construction Skills Certification Scheme CSCS desirable). In addition we are looking for an experienced Groundsman to primarily undertake our stump grinding operations, who is mechanically minded, passionate and enthusiastic. Applicants must have experience and as a minimum the following qualifications: NPTC: CS30, 31, or the new QFC industry equivalent, Level 2 in the Safe Use of a Stump Grinder and Brushwood Chipper, First Aid. A clean driving licence with the ability to tow (B+E) is essential for this role. Salary: According to qualifications and experience. Closing Date: Friday 10th October 2014.
