    I run a arborist company in south part of Sweden and i pay "my" arborists 3000:- sek for a full day. Self employed and with their own gear. I get like 85% of the work im bidding on.

    Swedish based tree company in Kristianstad - Skåne. (South part) requires experienced climbers. Please note we are only looking for competent climber's. Who must have; • 5+ years climbing experience • Relevant NPTC's • Good reduction and rigging skills • Excellent customer service skills • Self motivation Accommodation and a company vehicle will be provided.     Since many are wondering about the payment, we will pay between 230-270 GBP for one day. 8-10 hours of work. Freelance - Own gear. We pay in advance. We are mainly looking for a freelance arborist who is willing to work 10-14 days full time and then have a break for 1-2 weeks over the spring and summer. Try-out week are moved to after new year..
