  1. Looks interesting, sure the engine is 15Hp not 15cc tho!

Max dia 80mm is a bit limiting

    N

    That does look interesting....

and a briggs and stratton motor. It says 80mm but there are other lower powered chippers being advertised saying they'll chip 120mm....

i think you could get 100mm of wood through it, the opening is big enough!

    bloody cheap though...

  2. do you notice any slack in the drive train? as in when you put it in first at a stand still and begin to releas the clutch is the drivetrain smooth and fluid or clunky and jerky?

the only time ive had vibrations at a set speed its been UJs.. Wheel bearings tend to make a lot of noise but not vibrate, unless theyve collapsed :C

  3. another my tyres are the best thread....

I have Good Year Wrangler Duratracs not very common in the UK but on a recent trip to the states they were on nearly every truck!!

All terrain pattern up the centre with wider mud style tread on the outer. Have been serving me proud for the past 25k miles and still going.[/quote

Well, was originally to see what would fit :001_smile:

  4. Just be aware by the time you have that size tyre in an AT on an unloaded pickup the breaking ability is some what dismal

I have 265 70 r15 yokohama geolanders on my ranger and i think there briliant i got them for 75 a tyre but since brexit there now 100 quid so may aswell go for bfg

Maxis have some good deals to

And i think if u want At or muds the range is equal for 15 or 16 inch rims its only road tyre options that are poor

Is your truck standard in terms of ride height etc? Thanks

how did you find the difference in size effected the truck ?

i think im going to get some cooper discoverers at3's and some 15 inch steels to go with - only do light off roading for access to jobs etc, plus spend a fair bit of time clattering around single track roads, so braking is pretty important...

    thanks for the help

  6. Tbh, I'm slightly confused. Why would you build a 3 foot high retaining wall between the gardens then build an 8 foot high fence in front of the retaining wall? Why not just build the retaining wall and then put a 5 foot fence on top?

When the wall is being built it should be easy enough to cast in slots for the fencing posts.

I'd agree where the wall/ fence are to go with the respect to the boundary before work starts....

heya mate. yep that was suggested, to keep costs down etc, but the lady next door doesn't want to look at the wall, which is why she wants the big fence
