Hey dude Feeling your frustration as I am in quite a similar situation myself apart from a few years experience in arb from sub contracting here there and everywhere. Its difficult trying to reach out in the arb world as there are so many people willing to work for nothing just for experience and a possible foot in the door, but one thing I have noticed is the amount of knock backs so many training arbs get, but to be fair taking a bite out of that slice of humble pie really does help. Hi all ive been thinking for a little while now about relocate to somewhere out of chelmsford essex such as london or elsewhere. My question being is there any employers looking for an eager,well mannered,loyal and strong groundsman who loves all aspects of tree work especially climbing. Im wanting a fresh start and guaranteed opportunity to further my career as a tree surgeon. I am 22 with plenty of references with various tree surgery and vegetation managment company's I have my own ppe, chainsaw and climbing kit. My tickets are cs30, strimmer and brushcutter, ped controlled mower and ride on mower I am looking to gain as many tickets as I can throughout my career. Unfortunately at this time I dont have a drivers license but am currently in the process of taking my final motorbike test but due to lack of funds had to postpone taking the final test.
