    <p>Hi, </p>

    <p>I work in a 53 acre woodland half an hour from you in Twinstead and we are looking into getting a charcoal kiln/retort. It would be great to be able to talk about your exeter retort with you and how you think it compares to a kiln. Would be good to come see it if possible?</p>
