  1. Im going to try and dig out some pics of the deere being used as a skidder in some super tight spaces and to be fair its not the machine its the size of the balls of the person driving it. And you boys silage at 65kph?
  2. They fold into the door so anything that hits them just runs over it if that makes sense. I used to drive a valtra with roof mount on and caught the mirrors with brash, bridges, trucks etc but it wasnt mine so never bothered me that much oops.
  3. Fold in mirrors & Flexible mud guards and to be honest when i go to buy a tractor if it can cross the channel isnt on my list of things to ask!
  4. Hi Jon It was a 415 we had on demo, see if your local Fendt dealer will drop you one for test but get it for at least a week as it will take you that long just to figure out how to get it to move!
  5. Here Here And dont forget the 170bhp a 50k+ gearbox, aircon, fully adjustable suspension, and the fact you can mount the rear crane and take it back off in about 2 minutes etc etc
  6. I know but i still love them!
  7. Hey Pm Hodge on here as im sure he has a carlton for sale.
  8. £100 a ton delivered but maybe £99.99 as fuel goes down a penny tonight.
  9. Yes and you sir were right also, i call a bulk bag a cube for the ease of it and knew what i meant when i was typing and can fully understand where you were coming from as i meant bulk bag but put cube. Glad thats sorted i thought i was going to have to get Harry Hill in to shout FIGHT.
  10. Just read the bit in bold. Ps i said £65 per bag not £60
  11. Im not sure what part of this you cannot grasp but above you say 3 x 850 bags at 360 kg,s each would mean you get just over 3 bags per ton. HOW? as 3 x 360 is 1080 so how is 1080 less than 1000. Can anyone else see what im saying or have i gone mad and nobody has told me yet?
  12. This could go on forever as it depends on how fresh and what size logs you are bagging, All i will say is that im glad you dont work for me as where i live 3x 360kgs would be over 1000kgs and not less like you said.
  13. We sell domestically by the 850 bulk bag and we get 3.5 bags per ton and if i wasn't i think i would have noticed my finances draining as we have sold over 400 ton,s this winter alone and that is how i figured it. If you sit measure and weigh every load you sell that is up to you personally i don't have time to do that.
  14. Go and see David at Kendal metal works he made an alloy one for a pal of mine. (and he looks like santa which is worth the trip on its own)
  15. Well it must be the few hundred thousand pound weigh bridge at the local quarry that was wrong, i,ll let them know tomorrow!
  16. Do you want me to sort you a price for lengths?
  17. Sorry Hodge & Rowan Lee both had a good guess. My apologies Rowan
  18. I know dude the haulage company's are running at £2+ per mile which is fair considering the ridiculous price fuel at the mo.
  19. Hey Guys Reference the REALLY BIG OUCH the cheapest quote i had for haulage from Cumbria to Cornwall was just under £1000 hence the £125 a ton sorry but its out of my hands. And Yes there is still profit to be made depending on how greedy you are?. Hodge you were close with 3 but we actually get 3.5 bulk bags per ton 3.5 cube per ton sold at a minimum of £65 per cube plus delivery =£227.5 per ton or £102.5 profit per ton which if you get a bulker of 25 ton would give you a £2562.5 profit.
  20. Can do you 25 ton of cut and split part seasoned hardwood delivered for £125 a ton. Cant go any lower due to horrendous haulage costs.
  21. Hi Mate Can you email me at [email protected] as i can supply you either cut and split hardwood in a bulker or lengths on a wagon and drag. I will be advertising on here soon once my replacement cash card gets here.
