  2. I'm using a zigzag with blue tongue rope. For some reason it's slipping occasionally when I'm ascending. Any ideas why its doing it or any one experience it?
  3. Will who are you aiming this at? I have a very good idea who it is. But the point i like to get across is i have been doing this for only seven years. I ok at climbing. No employer has every complained about my skills and my knowledge. Also i have lots of CS tickets but i dont class my self as a tree surgeon. I class my self as a tree climber. If that makes sense.

  7. We'll the boss I work for has said today like or lump. I can t afford to give you a pay rise. But he can afford to pay a grass cutter the same money. So I earning the boss roughly the same as the grass cutter. (Profit)
  8. It's seems I'm not quick enough up the tree and I don t earn the boss enough money. To be on more money. Cheers for the input folks. Carl
