Alright men Iam going to make my 110 into a tipper (because i cant afford a 130) before u ask , I want to know....do i need to 'reclassify' it on my V5 and get them to look at it?

Iam going to purchase a VT kit and give it a go get a cambium pully thing aswell, just a question about what you chaps do?? do u have 1 vt and a lanyard? or 2 vt?? so a 2 end system or what??????? silly i know, but i duno what i will do when i retire my old prussik 2 end system cheeers

Introducing the new Husqvarna 560 XP

the paint always falls off on husqv's and u end up looking like a joker with a black bar, i like a good white bar looks clean and white -
my km 130 with a hc attachment seems to overheat, i use it for say an hour then it stops and dusnt fire fully its just bumbles over, if i leave it for an hour it goes again..... its realy realy annoying

What size rope is best suited for the vt/hc/ french system 12mm?? with a 8/10 mm eye to eye

so the pully is there to push up the knot?? this is a big help in advancing my climbing and saving my aged (23) yr old bones ha! Anything that helps is a good one!

how do u get a rope guide out of the tree?? and its job is to be smooth and friction less? is it using a cambium saver yeah?? i am going to purchase a hc vt kit i think or purhaps a micro pully to make a french because of the price to see if i like.. thanks for the mass of replys i do like pretty things aswell which helps

Right so to give this ago, which i want too, i will need at very least a micro pully an eye to eye tail and thts it for a french prussik? how do you find the VT when climbing everyday you know conifer take down, oak lift , thinning. the usual suspects its not too temperamental??

Iam glad this has had some replys i will have to have a go, is a VT similar to a french prussik??? and what was the other? do these 2 systems include a micro pully? i did see a teuflberger system is tht it? also , (this might sound silly) is a lockjack and spiderjack and art positioner just a metal prussik? hmm cheers men

iam i the only person who climbs with just rope and rope?? i think its because i hanvt ever used lock block??and micro pullys, i would like to see how they work/set up , just a thought cheeers

Riiight i love my 346 with a 15", but i need another ground buddy do i get another 346 with an 18" or do i go for it with the very pretty 560 with 18". let me know what u recon to the 560 please chaps

i have looked at the imori 12 very tempted with that also it not being as small which dusnt leave you much if u nick it with a silky. but being 20 knicker more than my trusty xtc but it does look nice....too many choices
