  4. Hi Justin,

Got a tech questin for you. changing spark plug on the 357 i got from you (its running good i just do them every year), and local husky dealer wants me to use a oregon plug, apparently oregon have gone accross to a new numbering system where as plug currently in saw is a ngk - whats your advice?

    Cheers

    David Wood

  5. hi spudulike,

got a question for you, been down local husky dealer to get new plugs for saws and he only selling the oregon ones, apparently they have changed from having plug numbers to part numbers and now the same plug does 357 and my old 266. took plug out of the 357 i got from jonsie and its a ngk rbpmr7a and the oregon part number on plug that he gave me is 77-324-1. just looks like a slightly larger plug, have you heard of this?

when i swopped the old ngk one in my husky hedgecutter for the oregon universal one it wouldnt even fire, put old plug back in and all good - weird

  6. Hi there,

Been looking on your site at a new saw that i may buy soon. couple of questions if thats ok.

The husqvarna online policy bit, i have my cs 30/31/32 and work as a groundsman with national trust for scotland. would that cover me as the proffesional user part?

I am some distance from yourselves so in the unlikely case of warranty issues would i have to courier the saw back or could i use local husqvarna dealer with your approval?

    Many thanks

    David
