  7. Hi all, I was having a chat with a mate the other night. He's thinking of moving to the Brisbane area and we were discussing how much he'd need to earn. We came up with a figure of between $40 and $50 aus dollars. Is this realistic? Also what's the job prospects. Same age as me (47) decent climber but also like me, getting old n knackered. Runs two teams of his own at the minute. All help appreciated Sent from bed using Arbtalk Mobile App
  8. He was. Lol I lifted the saw up, put the nose on the trestle, handed it over to him, took the pic, then took the saw. He has his own ms170 on a 12" bar and comes thinning with me. He's 15 now and getting ready for a 200 series, the 362's are too heavy. Sent from bed using Arbtalk Mobile App

  11. Hi all, Posted a pic on Stihls' Facebook page recently. The pic is two years old and shows my son (13 at the time) holding the new 880. This was Stihls response: STIHL Hello Dave Schofield, Thank you for this picture. We know that enthusiasm for STIHL begins at a young age. Please keep in mind that only adults should operate a chainsaw. We’d like to make sure that our younger fans develop safety awareness from early on, so please ensure that you keep the little ones at a safe distance from the work area when working with your STIHL products. For these reasons we decided to hide your post on our facebook wall. We thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, your STIHL team Anyone think they may be going a little over the top. PMSL
