  1. im new to the arb, recon ill be fine climbing this robinia and riggin it( conservatory to the left at the side of the house you see!) but what would you recommend? clients sayin its too big, but they dont wanna loose it. where would you take it back to? heard robinias dont like pruning
  2. im in london. problem i got is i aint got a car atm, but to be honest im prepared to just bring me tent down and camp it for a week
  3. place called castles is good mate, but there london based. check out a company called hippo bags, they do good ones, there designed to fit baths in, so longer than ton bags, wicked for branches and limbs, not too expensive either
  4. hey guys, supposed to have gone for me 30 31 this week, but it was called off, not too sure why,lack of people he said, hmm. anyway, next date hes got is towards end of june, need to get these tickets done, so, anyone know a good place to try? need to be starting them in close few weeks, as moving down st ives soon. the place i was booked on is kingswood training. any help would be sweet
  5. ive been rec climbing and been using a double blakes, or blakes to prussik. leaving a longer tail on you blakes then means you can tie another across to your attachment end, as you pull down, it works like a pulley, and advances you, can get great distance on each pull. this can get long tho if your changing over lots, so been tieing figure eight in the tail, using a prussik on me attachment line, then just a small crab to link, that way its nice and quick for change overs or untying. anyone else seen this?
  6. hey mate, was wanting few bits off you at the show, 20 m of 16mm 3 strand work rope,petzl camb saver, and one of the 'come have a go if ur arb enuff' shirts, prob large. do you do any tape sling packs? ill need a few 50cm ones i recon. cheers buddy, see you sat. tom j

  7. cheers buddy. yea i aint gonna go climb those sorta trees, i see some around id love to climb, but only gonna damage them in the end. went to a park in ealing the other day, wasnt too bad, big open plane there made a wicked swing!
  8. im looking for somewhere round west london. theres a place called burnham beeches, but not too sure how many good climbs there would be, as think all the old beeches are guarded, or sumthing. anyone know any good spots/ ideas?
