It's so easy to remove from ground, I had one of the very first Ropeguides & have two in service at present.
Great bits of kit.

I used to run a 254 with a 13" bar when I was in the woods for thinings & found it great & lot more nippy.

Old mill why not line clearance as they can climb just like any other persons .
Ok utility climbers had bad press years ago but we are not all butchers who climb trees using spikes just to get spans cut.

Hi what's the best replacement barrel & piston for a 254xp. Bought a saw with a new one fitted in November & the dealer said they've never had one go down but never said what make it was.

Just use a fishermans, Looking at it it's only a 2 way action so it's not ACOP as it needs to be 3 way.

The only thing with used boots are the memory liners are moulded to the purchasers feet.

Husqvarna PS50 back in the 90's was a great piece of kit, Fibreglass telescopic shaft powered by a hydraulic power pack mounted on a harness on the back.

You could always get intouch with your local Badger group, A company I worked for had sites with badgers on & we got round it by having a badger group person monitor the work & make sure we didn't disturb the set.
