How is everyone doing ? My work has picked up a wee bit , but not as well as it usually is this time of year

A good groundie fills the saws when you get to the job , keeps your rope clear , lowers a limb and pulls it where it needs to go at the same time , he also should be looking out for you ! Rare as rocking horse shizzle these days . I'm a firm believer if your to be a good climber first you must be a good groundsman !

Hi treerover, i hear ya , been trading on my own since 2011, i know its going to go mental again soon but definitely prolonged this year! i volunteered to go do some subbie climbing to help someone out, wet london planes and phone lines galore ,it is nice to just rock up then bugger off with no stress! I'm literally a pro at riding out the little s**t storms when everything breaks one after another . or things just don't go to plan, i think I'm probably a workaholic but as I've been a bit idle it feels like a lifetime!!

HAHAHA nesting season ! Great!! To be honest I'm quite content in plodding round in our little canter truck , i haven't got the work for that let a lone a mog/bandit etc . plus i don't get paid enough to warrant that sort of kit round me . i won't be a busy fool or be running round to cover costs for kit! although my ego thinks otherwise
