  10. Who's making the best stiff tethers out there at the moment? I bought one of the original's from honey brothers at the APF 2 years ago but not sure its the right length, stiffness etc. I never really got into Srt but want to have another go at it.

    I climb on an 10 mm diameter lanyard that i use but are wondering if i need to go back to 11 mm. What do other climbers use and is there an specific requirement for it to be a certain diameter? Thanks in advance.

  17. Can anyone recommend a good climbing trouser for recreation climbing and/or light pruning that is not balistic? Any recommendations would be grateful and where to get them from. Thanks
  18. Has anyone experienced Inonotus hispidus on walnut? I know its mode of decay is degradation of both lignin & cellulose and has the ability to parasitize the cambium but how well does the host compartmentalize the decay? Is its appearance of decay more like Ash or London plane. Thanks for any advice.

  22. I'm not sure if this has already been discussed, but what do peeps use for false redirects on a single line in configuration with a Rope Wrench? I went to the APF last year and watched a demo by Rich Hattier - I vividly remember him putting a bight around the stem and then clipping a biner back onto the line?!! does that sound about right? does anyone have any piccy's or advice.. Thanks in advance:biggrin:

    How do you chocking your line around a stem with an alpine butterfly on a single line, so your not cross loading your biner! I now you have to back it up with a figure of eight ive just forgotten how to do it!! Thanks in advance
