  7. I'll let the pictures do the talking because i'moff to bed..working in the sunmer destroys me! Far too warm today...Anyway like i said, thispost is about Sam...he's a very capable contract climber that will cost you £140 and for that he will take care of any tree for you. Top bloke.
  8. Today was a SCORCHER! no doubt about that..decent sized tree to come down over a power line...working alongside AMEY and with contract climber Sam "50 man" Rafferty😎 (Samraff) on Arbtalk so i'll dedicate this post to his talents today once i've gone through the huge ammount of pictures i've taken today.....i really am obsessed😆 Anyway here's Sam cooling down with a tin of IRN BRU....i shall fill you in on the sequence of events leading up to this refreshing image....
  9. Winner Winner Chicken dinner! Everyone should have one...it's a no-brainer🌲🌳🌲🌳🌲🌳
  10. Across this bridge were many tall skinny trees to clear from the lines...we had to negotiate 8 foot tall balsam...nettles...bog land, branches and a small river. So bad yesterday that there was no way i was going to take my mobile into that sweaty Jungle....was a tough day heatwise but enjoyable climbing....and as for today!
  11. The last two days has seen the temperature rising and as many firms out there may be experiencing the work coming in that we have to fulfill so it's all habds on deck. When i arrived at the yard yesterday the big yellow ball in the sky was burning it's way through the thin cloud....in the back of the crew cab it was unbearable...my workmate was out like a light....even before we got to site!
  12. The box in the middle is empty but can be loaded up...great metal fabricator working here.
  13. For Jon Plogs...weights either side of box.
  14. Hey check this out. As i was driving back from the Lakes i saw a Vulcan Bomber flying overhead near Scotch corner and it reminded me of this picture i saved last week taken by the red Arrows as they passed over Durham...cool ay?

  17. It's a Box that has been fitted John..more weight can be added.
  18. I'm so used to seeing a Greemech on the back of the RB Mr Git but i must admit the Forst looks better! And great to hear it performs as well as it looks....our Calton has been out of action getting it's tracks fixed but due to an issue regarding a mishap whilst away it has a problem with oil leaking from a seal so no sooner than it was ready to go.....it did a 360 and back inside to be looked at so me and Monkeyallan dropped in on the other crew to help chip and doing what we do best...CLEARANCE! Premier style.
  19. This was a variation....using the trees roots to break down dark matter:lol:
  20. Steve mate it was Epic! Real Northern hospitality😃 A venue that would be cool as a regular meet (hint hint Kev) it has everything......including a long drop😂😂😂 or "Tree Bog" as it is known.
  21. We may be getting a TR8 soon so this will become the baby tracked of the fleet.....Carlton has been away for some maintenance and so it's off grinding we go!
