  1. I love my job....but i love the weekends even more.Until then here's what i got up to yesterday.Always something different to do.Grounding for the Bat man.We like an empty house before we demolish.
  2. The noisiest thing today was of course the chipper....no need for ear defenders using the saw.So they stayed tucked up.
  3. I used the electric Husqvarna on a few occasions but prefer this one...feels better. I compare the 150T to a Silky with an engine...but this ultra light pruner is like a Nakanoto with a plug! Well, the charger has a plug...
  4. I'm just happy to be using a climbing saw that is lighter than my 200T or T540. The balance is great and feels like there are no vibrations whatsoever.
  5. One light reduction and one small dismantle right down to the stem left me with half charge left.
  6. Wanted to put it to the test on a small dismantle to see how it would cope with size and how long the battery would last...
  7. A great day for pruning and my first chance to try the Stihl.my friend used his trusty silky. This thing is almost as light as one! Well, almost.
  8. Now that's what i like to hear!...pleased for ya Doobop.
  9. Big smile on my face....anyone who has one of these will know what i mean.
  10. After a bleak start back on monday clearing these trunks of epi......
  11. Thick gloves....Visor down....crack on!
  12. SILKY NATANOKO 60 (330mm) Straight blade. Large tooth.
  13. Forget putting it on your harness.......gets in the way and slow to use.....get a SAWPOD.
  14. But if it's a fast and aggressive cut for large diameter branches you are after then the Silky Natanoko 60 (330mm) straight blade can replace a top handle saw if you have the elbow grease to power it....that's my answer.nuff said.
  15. I shall give you one answer with two options...then it's up to you. There are threads on here covering all the various types and if you use the search option you will get many opinions but........in my opinion (and i have used Silky Saws for about 16 years now) the perect arborist pruning saw is the "Gomtaro".Accurate cutting with a quality blade....flat blade for precision.
  16. And Guy Martin racing a BMW Tyco RR against Coulthard in an F1 car!
  17. Sirloin and Chestnut mushroom with Jasmin rice and egg....
  18. And looking forward to returning to work, earning money and doing what i love.
  19. The end of my long week off and it really did seem a long week as i packed plenty into it....So much quality time with my brother and his son.A lot of cycling with my girlfriend and lots of fresh air!
  20. Of Sprat you can be sure!
  21. I would Hake to think we were anemonies...but i've tried to steer clear of this thread....COD ROES I'VE TRIED!
