  1. I have been mentoring one of our newest team members the last few weeks and this week he has really excelled.

  3. Going to enjoy a full day! The forcast is extremely promising.Although i enjoy my coffee still i now start the day with this Matcha green tea.Really gives you a kick start.
  4. That last picture was from the begining of last week and is of course the view from Fox Tower.This one is now.

That was a Benchmark week And my Birthday which was an added bonus...Been up for quite a while already today.Don't need a lie in these days.No hangover to sleel off and a big change i've noticed since training is that any aches and pains i've gathered over the years have all gone so as soon as i wake up,i'm ready to get up! Spring is on our doorstep.The sunrise is more beautiful than ever and i feel like i am at the beginning of another new chapter.I turned 49 on wednesday and i can say i am healthier and happier than at any other time in my life.Going to sort through all my photos from the winter.I've had a good run the last few years when it comes to documenting my work related stuff but more recently with the arrival of our large chipper and some of the contracts we now undertake,what i can post is now more restricted.
  6. Boots were brand new the day before and i'd just been on the buttons....They have been climbing now.
  7. And i like to treat myself when i have made certain breakthroughs.Went to the Boss's 40th party last night and stayed alcohol free. Drove home afterwards.Woke early to go to the Gym..Feel fit as a fiddle so........i deserve a treat
  8. At last,trousers that fit and don't require a belt to hold them up! (Lightweight braces included) Very light and comfy.
  9. slowly but surely Nick, Spring is happening all around us. Nature at it's finest. It all adds to my eternal optimism.My only concern right now is the fact that none of my trousers fit me anymore! My Chainsaw pants have become very spacious....

Just read this thread.Sorry to hear this Mr Egg Thankfully Spring is around the corner and with it the Sunshine and it's uplifilting goodness.....My mood has altered dramatically with giving up booze.Alcohol is a depressant and never agreed with me...Ever! Hope you bounce back to your jovial self soon mate.Keep us posted.No broader shoulder than the Arbtalk shoulder.
  14. Had a few pairs of Stihl Hi-Flex. and had X-Fit....Oregon...Sip..Pfanner Gladiator but i must say by far the best for sheer comfort abd durability are my current Stein Kreiger Arborist...Super to climb in too..feel like lightweight armour. (Front protection only)
