  4. We CAN splice used ropes, it just depends how old it is and its overall condition. There have only been a hand full of used ropes that we have been unable to re-splice. We can also relabel the rope with a CE mark as long as we have the certification on that particular rope, which as I'm sure you are aware is the majority of ropes out there. Regards HB
  5. Correct, the Slaice is unique to Teufelberger, it is spliced and then stitched on a heavy duty sewing machine.
  6. Hi Steve Unfortunately you wont be able to get a Slaice done at the show as the Slaice is carried out by Teufelberger only in their factory. But if you require a LOLER passable splice, our CE certified splicer will be at the show as usual this year. He will be more than happy to re-splice your rope. regards HB
  7. Hi Stoatally, We've had this before and usually the cause is..... you'e just too quick for us When you make an option choice, such as selecting your size, give the round thingy that goes round time to check the database the time to finish, then hit the add to cart button. It normally only takes a split second, but sometime when website load is high, such as 8pm in the evening, it may take a whole second ;-) Hitting the add to cart button before this causes the behaviour you describe.
  8. Many of you have taken advantage of our deals this week so far, including treeMOTION's less than £200 ex for the first time ever! Now, that was just the warmup.... Look out for our email landing in your inbox tomorrow for the website link. We have got some real reductions coming your way on the products you actually want to buy! If you're not on our mailing list, register an account on our website before tomorrow at 9am to get the email.

  11. ART, by internal quality checks, have discovered that LockJack counter cams may not be tightened according to the manufacturer’s suggested 6 - 7 Nm. Following-up with the manufacturer, ART have found out, that from September 2013 there has been a change of workflow when assembling the LockJack at the manufacturer. This has led to the result, that the 6 – 7.5Nm recommendation may not have been reached in individual / particular cases. Please Click Here to view the ART Notice
  12. The Winner of the Name our Latest Rope competition is Steven King of Bournemouth, who works for Peter Best Treecare Limited. Again, we had over 1000 entrants, and only Steven chose 'Ignite' which we thought was a perfect name. Congratulations Steven. Send us a picture and review when you receive your prize!
  13. We have lots of suggestions for Lava and Magma. Unfortunately, both have already been taken by New England and Yale. As a result, we would not be able to use these names... Thinking caps on guys.........
  14. Very Nice suggestion, but make sure you enter it on our website where the winner is drawn.
