Highways are after them as well , they left a mark in the road when it dropped off , and they didn't bother to cone the area of bad lads
-
They could of got done for fly tipping
-
The local coop got ram raided the other night , they got away with the cash machine, but unfortunately didn't tie it on properly a mile down the road it fell of the back of the pickup
Really they should have taken the extra 15mins and tied it down properly and this wouldn't of happened
-
A mate of mine got raided last week nearly all his gear nicked they even took his rubbish bin and a seat
Most noticeably an electric posch log splitter if any one sees it advertised
-
Ive not heard much bad about them
had a good look at the trailer it looked very well made
As with all machinery you need a good dealer and I can recommend Brian for that
They have a good range of valtras in at the moment and are going to put a stall together for the apf
So please give them a call mention arbtalk and you may get a discount

I found the best speed to run a heizohack at is 700rpm this gives a very good quality chip , if you rev it too high with a powerfull tractor the chips cant get out of the sieve quick enough and this will cause a lot more fines
Using the 1000 pto you should have the tractor running around 1500 rpm which should be where your maximum torque is you will get good chip and use a lot less fuel

Heads up , a new junkkari dealer in north Yorkshire
Brian Robinson of North Cowton Valtra dealer is now selling a range of log splitters and firewood processers , and the full range of junkkari chippers and cranes

very similar I googled biofuelwatch maps
-
I just found this on the net but don't know how to link it
map of uk biomass power stations biofuelswatch
It gives all present , proposed and shut down biomass power stations
Not all or woodchip but will give you an idea of where they are
-
Just found that an average boat holds 50,000 cube of chip
I haven't found any prices yet
-
Does anyone know what sort of quality of chip these power stations use
Or is it the same as a smaller unit G30 G50
and how dry ?
-
Don't know , everyone seems worried about how long we can last before we run out
There was no mention in the bit I read about any percentage from the uk
How much will it cost to get a tonne of chip from the good old USA to teeside , it will be built right on the rivers edge not far from the current biomass plant , which I was told from a farmer who I chip for not more than 5 miles from the biomass powewr plant told me they have a massive amount of timber in stock and it is starting to rot .
Maybe this is why stobbarts have slowed down buying chip in
-
Just read that the MGT power station at teeside has just passed the last hurdle before construction starts on the 300mw plant
It will use an estimated 2.5 million tonnes of woodchip
Good I here you ask , maybe another outlet for our forestry , but no it is to be sourced from the US and Europe no mention of british woodchip
-
Thanks I will let him know
-
One of my customers is looking to sell 200 plus tonnes of dried g30 spec woodchip to make space to put some extra conveyers in
He is based in the north Yorkshire area if anyone is interested could you pm me
Thankyou
-
yes and maybe running a bit rich or lean , how long would a petrol car run for if the mix wasn't correct or even one of your huskies Mr gray
-
That's a lot of ash
Someone was telling me that the engine on these boilers only lasts 3 years then they have to replace or rebuild it
-
Havent got a clue about that , are you wanting to get into charcoal as well
-
Never thought of that , I will ask
-
John morning hows the heizohack going
Just found the specs for the boiler 15mm to 55mm zero fines so it will need sieving
-
There is another one localy that is going in that will run on pellets
These 2 are already getting installed , I will try and find out more
I have just been asked to produce this large size of chip
-
Thanks I haven't been given the specs yet
Id like to know if anyone runs a chp
The idea is to run the gases through an engine and generator to produce the electric , just wondering what he chip quality / mc have to be to produce the correct gases
-
Hey grey thought you were looking at winch porn tonight
Yes or we will be doing another 2000 tons a year so leave some days spare in January when it starts production
-
Thanks
This guy is looking supply 2 large chp units
