  7. if you are paye don't bother. i wound not bother if you are just grounding, but if you want to be extra peace of mind get it, but drive a hard bargain. insurance companies are desparate for work to. Get specialist arb insurance, otherwise its just expensive gardening insurance. Arbinsure were the cheapest for me. all the best

  10. Hello I know times are tough, but i'm starting own business. I'll be using subbies and casuals for groundies. On the days I haven't got work I sub-contract myself to other companies, currently working for 8 other arb companies. Have anyone got any tips, pitfalls, goldln rules you stick to or help you could give me. Also advertising. I know word of mouth is best, but what do you blokes us. Cheers for your help.

  17. hi Ive got 15 months climbing experience. Have been freelancing for 3 companys for the last 2 months generally 2-3 days a week need to make up extra days, paye job or something more perminant.   21. Is it the rodbaston college? if so it's good! i went through them in nov. the instructor was clive harrison. cant say enough about the level of training. I also borrowed al the kit as part of the course free of charge. all the best.
  22. I'm new to the game i have cs 30, 31, 38, 39 and chipper ticket. Full driving license. I'm having a trail day with a big firm and was wondering if they want to take me on, what rate of pay i should ask for? they pay annually. Any help would be great.
