Tell it how it is, refreshingly honest. Let's have more like it is.

GM crops have nothing to do with "benefitting mankind" its all about profit for the companies that provide the seeds which are sterilised. In other words you cant save some seeds from your crop to plant next year's crop. You have to purchase them from the company. Eventually the local suppliers will all go bust because the GM crop seed manufacturers (and that word was used deliberately) can undercut them and then dominate the market charging whatever they like. The lengths that these companies will go to, to eradicate the opposition is astonishing and have highly placed staff in the corridors of power in the US. If you haven't read up on it I suggest you do because it is fascinating seeing how far they will go to peddle their lies and disinformation. Farmers in the US who oppose the likes of Monsanto etc have been dragged through the courts and threatened with bankruptcy just for daring to have a different opinion to them. There's no such thing as democracy any more and the 'land of the free' is certainly not the US.
The community channel did a documentary last year about it interviewing US farmers and activists opposed to GM crops and it had me glued to the telly for an hour and a half.
Well said.

If you don't live near a dealer it is a big deal. I have had much better service from FRJones 300miles away than any "local dealer".

Its gone! Was it pulled?

Looks like Anti static packaging. Chips can be damaged by very small voltages.

Looks like Stihl have only communicated/targetted/threatened the big online sellers.

200T on the ground?

I did similar to my trailer but used 1/2inch treated plywood instead mountes inside. Easier to work and cheaper, and it comes off with a couple of bolts per side when not needed.

We inherited creosote coming through the wall. Cured it by studding and plasterboarding it.

Same here, if the new ones worked well there wouldn't be a problem,

I have fixed a punture leak on an oil tank on a pole saw by fusing the plastic with a fine soldering iron. Need to be careful on a petrol tank of course.

I don't think you will regret it. I would have given up hedging without one.

Many thanks to Forest & Arb.Com I received my Spencer Forestry Tape, Stihl cap, keyring and Timberwolf bottle opener today!
Well done to Steve for all the organising every year.

Similar situation right through the industry, why do HMRC make it all so complicated?

Doug- the digger

The kids love it anyway. I'll get my coat..

Make friends with somebody who has a recently planted woodland and spread it roughly around the trees. It acts as a mulch and compost and it's a good way of recycling it.
-
I can see the point of keeping the tractor tank topped up to stop condensation but what about the storage tank that you supply it from? Unless that doesn't suffer so much as the fuel doesn't slosh about and get warm and then cool.

Told the wife it was for blind people.

Something to do with GCHQ?

I've been running that set up for 15 yrs with no problem. It needs to be installed properly and never flatten your battery. I'm still on the original Landy battery from 2003 as well.

Thanks for posting and keeping us updated.

My 181 does the same. May just live with it as I guessed it was PITA to sort.

I like that as it saves plumbing in a new winch on the Landy when you change models and you rarely are facing the right way when you need it anyway. Got me thinking now.

I started to look for a newer Land Rover but decided to keep the old one going as the Road tax had jumped from £220 to £490!
