I do occasionally use SRT but my set up is far from being well developed. all i have is an ascender, a micro grab and a pantin. I need to get a footloop and a better means of a second attachment as the mircro grab sucks for this application. They will all come togther when i get some 8mm dyneema hollow braid jamie

When i get my van back i'm off for a weekend of big tree climbing and taking photos. early mornings and hope i dont get caught on some well known trees Jamie

On a site in town i was approached by a brickie to look at 'his' tree (his question was actually do you do homers). I popped round in teh comapny van he said 2 turkish boys said 2 days and 170 quid all brash to be left on site. easy job, reduce to fence and drop by 15ft. turns out that it wasn't his tree it was his neigbours and his neighbour was happy for teh brash to be stacked in his garden. the job just didn't feel right. I could have done it there and then but they were trying to force my hand and i didn't want to associate any shit that kicked off with the comapny. 170 quid for an hours easy work and i walked..... never used a re direct, i've been in some big spreading trees and i've never had to use one. I'd prefer to get another rope and re anchor. Jamie

I have a lack of work because the boss is pacing the jobs out, we have quite a few biggies on just now and tons of small stuff but not enough to warrent overtime my other lack is a lack of a lady Jamie
