i couldnt find my old stretches sheet, but il call my physio tomorrow and see if she can give me a copy. obviously its different for everyone but at least it will get you started. oh and a couple of goes with the old ultrasound machine if the physio has one does wonders in reducing the inflamation

As shrek has told me I won so I thought this would be a good one for you lot to come up with a good caption for, good luck!!!

its hard work setting up the 2 ropes and getting up there but great fun when you get into it, i did all my practicing in a missmanaged wood when i got started and most of the trees were about a foot wide and 70 feet high, tricky wee tree mate well done
hehe the ropes were the easy bit. couldnt wait to get back on the ground and hand the invoice over

these pics are from a very small job i did taking down a sninny woodland ash leaning over a power line, it was pretty sketchy and didnt really fancy climbing it, so i climbed the one next to it and traversed accross to knock the top out. i had to set 2 lines onto 2 other trees to stop it springing back after id taken the top out. at one point i dont mind admitting i didnt think i was going to be able to do it but i couldnt face my brother(my groundy) ripping the piss out of me for ever for chickening out. anyway the customer was stoked and ive got a load of work off the back of it:001_cool:

the tree will try to defend itself by putting up walls to contain any decay(codit) regardless of that an opening for pathogens has been created as well as a weak point in the tree
