I remember a chap on here added a section of soil pipe to the end of his chipper shoot so it all made it to the back of his truck, maybe worth a go?

Can you not move it closer to the van.

We often unhitch ours and get the spout almost in the back of the van, by putting the tow part at the side of the bumper. Mostly when we are chipping dense conifer.

My Arbor eater was a turntable and when it was swivelled 1 way the spout was closer,

I've extended shoots with soilmpipe found in a skip, it works as long as there is enough power behind the chip.

That's what I love about a mog chipper set up, no spillage.
