I don't doubt about the quality of CS, it's very good machine. just depends what people want.

Maybe you could tell us the advantage of your machine over the CS mate. Obviously there is the grand you will have left in your pocket after buying the machine for a start.:thumbup1:

Holy Cow! "Beat that"? You bet!

£98 x 60 months = £5880.00 :scared1::scared1::thumbdown:

Sod finance, indeed you could have paid half that straight up and had an asset, capex advantages and wouldn't be left with a tired chipper after 5 years.

Back to economics classes for thee boy.

Not only that the total repayable is scary, but depending on the type of lease deal he may not even own the chipper at the end of the agreement. Or may have to pay a sum to purchase off the company leasing the asset.

1. it's very compact machine(better designed and better balanced for the overall weight). easiedly fitted in the trunk of the stationwagon (none of the machines could do this)

2. easy to maneuver

3. width is only 710cm and machine can easily pass through the doors in your backyard.

4. superb quality, great performance with reliable engine.

5. very competitive price.

6. what else?

The above are the same as the cs100? apart the fitting in the boot, the cs has a trailer if needed and has its own hitch for attaching to a ride on mower, so where are the benefits????:confused1:

Shame with all this talk about micro chipper we couldn't get a side by side demo of the main contenders. This thing like chipping speed, manoveribilty etc.

The great thing about sites like this is we dont need a head to head to know which one is best. We have experienced guys like Borders training and others, who have used both machines, giving their honest opinion. What could be better than that.:thumbup1:
