No drive on mower

Looking for a bit of help as just bought a Great Dane mower but it doesn't seem to have much drive to the wheels. So would anyone have any ideas on where to start having a look at what could be wrong.

Main hydro pump.

Belts maybe or wheel motors don't know how it works.

Could be cables.

It could be loads of things. What model is it?

Craig, did you notice any problems with the mower before you bought it?, Did you take it for a test mow?

Bought it at auction so never got to give it a test. Think it's driven by the hydraulic motors

It will be hydro drive. Could be a simple cable needs tightening could be a main pump that's knackered

Brilliant cheers will check the cables over and tighten them up

Another thought is hydro oil level. If it's low there will be next to no pressure in the system.

Problem sorted just needed the belts tightened and its away now. Any idea what they would be worth? As I ended up buying two but only really need one
