Evening all. Its getting a bit tiresome having to empty the small steel box of fine dust. Its on the left as you look at the machine from behind, beside the hydraulic valves but I keep forgetting to ask GM the purpose. Got so bad the other day it pressed the large plastic side cover right out. I'm sure theres logic but...anyone??

Do you mean the slide box for the feed wheel? Yes it was annoying. I found that if you reach up the back of the plastic each morning and ensure there are no branches there keeping the fine dust from falling out then it just tends to sort itself.

The roller carriageway? Victims of our own success! GreenMech were the first people to make the letterbox opening a successful mass market machine and potentially safer too with vertical rollers. The downside is that part of the daily check regime is to flick that detritus out. No big deal.
