Try bending the carb metering arm 0.25 - 0.5mm away from the body of the carb, a straight edge across the carb body gasket surface will help get it about right.

 

This should give the saw a little more fuel as it looks like this is what is missing.

Found a guy in a small engine shop who is going to have a look on Monday.

In a place called Ballina about 40 mins away. Home of the BIG PRAWN !! lol

The man from big prawn town has fixed it.... Get in!

Total cost $18 Aus . Taking it to SES unit tomorrow to tune and sharpen chain.

Need 1 av rubber and then good to go.

Thank you all for you help and advice I learn something every time I look on here.

So what was the fault ??

Don't know how to explain it but I will have a go.........................

 

Contained within the Carb is a needle thing which has a lever thing on top of it this is held in place by a screw , there is also a spring involved.

The lever thing was kind of bent up a bit high, apparently this let in too much fuel which puts the fire out.

The man from Big Prawn town made it into the right shape and now its all kinds of awesome!
